"ReMODing" is a term we have coined here for turning drab to fab. Check out some of our recent ReMODs

We were in desperate need of a great open/closed sign so we thought what better opportunity to ReMOD something. We took two old frames and painted them turquoise. Then bought some fun scrap book paper and letters to make the signs. Then we glued the two frames together with little gold hooks to hold our chain and ours signs sandwiched in the middle. Voila! How fab is that? |

To match our open/closed sign we took another frame, obviously much larger, that was in awful condition. Primed it and sprayed it the same turquoise. We then cut a sheet of plywood to fit inside the frame and painted it with chalkboard paint. Tacked it into the frame and again voila - a super fab outdoor sign. A completely original ReMOD.

One more job we took one was our hideous kitchen. All it needed was a little TLC. Like I said in an earlier post...a little paint can go a LONGGG way. All we did to this room was paint the walls, chalkboard paint the refrigerator and put up a vintage vinyl wallpaper as the backsplash.
